"Transformation" is being done by many companies using different approaches through a variety of disciplines and roles. During this session, a framework on transformation approaches will be presented as a starting point to discuss the following questions: - What is digital or business “transformation”? - Why are businesses undertaking transformation? - What successes and challenges have you seen? - What are the opportunities for improvement? (roles, processes, tools)
Jamie Haruch is a customer researcher and design strategist with over 20 yrs experience in applying research insights using design-thinking to create business value. He’s worked in corporations, consulting agencies, and startups to identify customer needs, define business opportunities, and create market solutions. Most recently, he directed global project teams at Honeywell to redefine customer experiences, streamline workflow processes, and redesign software architectures for their Forge cloud-based enterprise software platform.
