UX Research: What We Can Learn from Animal Cognition

This talk will focus on the challenges of studying a special type of user: nonhuman animals. We will discuss how animal researchers get around these challenges and what UX researchers can learn from these practices.

Our speaker: Jennifer M Johnson I have a masters in Animal Behaviour from University of Lincoln, UK and a masters in Cognitive Psychology from Georgia State University. I have worked across varying populations and species, and truly enjoy capturing a deeper understanding of each individual’s behaviors and needs.
