Beth Godfrey will host a talk on Balancing Tactical and Strategic Research.

Beth is a UX Researcher at Mailchimp. She's a passionate and driven UXer with a deep interest in human-centered design, prototyping, and user research.

Troy Winfrey will lead a discussion on Jobs To Be Done and where it fits in the future of UX Research.

A former English academic who wised up, Troy has been doing UX research and strategy for the past 15 years. He has worked with Social Security Administration, Astra-Zeneca, the World Bank, and others. More recently, he's been advising the Atlanta startup scene through TechSquare Labs and ATDC, mostly about product-market fit and hypothesis testing. In his spare time, he plays a lot of nerdy boardgames.
